Shipping & Returns

Satisfaction Guaranteed 

All items purchased are guaranteed to be free of defects. Should you receive an item that is defective of not to your satisfaction, we will gladly accept the return. Please return the item in original packing and condition within 60 days. We cannot accept returns of items that have been used.  Please inspect item before using to ensure that it is free of defects. We are not able to refund initial shipping charges or return shipping charges incurred by you unless item is defective or return is a result of an error on our part. Free shipping on all jewelry items is offered but can be changed without notice.

Damaged Items 
Please notify us immediately upon receipt of the order. Please keep damaged contents on original shipping box as we may have you return the item to us. We will either send a replacement to you at no charge or issue a refund.

Returning an Item 
Call store at 978-546-2105 or e-mail us at: to notify us of a return. Returns are processed in the same form as original payment used for purchase within 1-7 business days upon receiving the return.  We can only refund initial shipping charges or return shipping charges incurred by you if the item is defective or return is a result of an error on our part.

Limit of Liability 
All items shipped by us are inspected for damage before shipment to you. Occasionally damage occurs during transit and The Pewter Shop LLC cannot be held liable or responsible in any way for loss or injury associated with or directly from the use or possession of the items that we sell. Upon receipt of the items, purchaser and/or user assumes completely and indisputably all responsibility for damage or injuries of any kind associated in any way with items sold by The Pewter Shop LLC. Should the purchaser and/or user not agree to this policy, he or she must notify The Pewter Shop LLC immediately upon receipt of order to arrange for return of all items. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
